Role Description:

Responsible for engineering (CAD/CAM) activities along with consulting, training, and customer engagement in Additive Manufacturing (AM). The role includes design support, content development, training delivery, engineering documentation, QMS processes, and coordination with cross - functional teams to meet engineering and manufacturing requirements.

Additionally, the role involves:

• Consulting customers on design modifications, new product development, and AM - related topics
• Preparation of training syllabi, workshop schedules, and technical content based on customer needs
• Delivery of training programs, technical sessions, and workshops to meet team KPIs
• Hosting customer visits, conducting facility tours, and supporting engagement initiatives
• Collaborating with internal project execution teams to align technical solutions
• Ensuring effective communication with customers and managing cost, timelines, and performance of assigned tasks

Qualification:

BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma / GTTC / NTTF

Desired Experience:

3 5 years

Eligibility Criteria for Internal Applicants:

• Minimum experience in the current role: 2 years
• Minimum performance criteria (HVC/MR for last 2 years): HVC
• Grade criteria: WIN F1 / WIN F / WIPRO WATER B2 / WIPRO WATER B1

Key Skills Required:

Technical Skills Must Have:

• Knowledge of Metal Polymer Additive Manufacturing processes (capabilities challenges)
• Experience in Polymer 3D printing
• Strong understanding of GDT
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 and Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM)
• CAD CAM expertise
• Experience in training/teaching or technical content delivery

Technical Skills Nice to Have:

• Experience in Metal 3D printing
• Exposure to part inspection and quality processes
• Experience in preparing technical documents (papers, presentations, proposals, course material, syllabus)

Core Engineering Skills:

• Engineering documentation (stage drawings, process sheets)
• Product modelling and drafting
• QMS activities (ECR, ECN, engineering review notes)
• Configuration management
• Fixture design (concept design, 3D modelling, manufacturing drawings)
• Coordination with inspection and manufacturing teams
• CAM tool library maintenance
• Technical reviews CFT participation
• Data collation and collaboration for project discussions
• Providing CAM inputs during estimation phase
