le Overview: We are looking for a seasoned legal services leader to head the Enterprise Legal Management Solutions practice. This role is responsible for leading practice strategy, business development and end-to-end service delivery across ELMS accounts, with accountability for growth, client satisfaction, revenue and gross margin performance. The role requires deep understanding of the legal and compliance landscape across contracts management, regulatory compliance, corporate secretarial services, litigation management and related legal operations domains, along with the ability to build market-relevant offerings and ensure delivery excellence at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Drive practice strategy, growth & market positioning for Legal Outsourcing services Lead business development & pipeline creation across industries Own P&L (revenue, margin, order book) and ensure profitable growth Lead solutioning, RFPs & client proposals with strong commercial structuring Manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality & client satisfaction Drive upsell/cross-sell in existing accounts to increase revenue Build new offerings leveraging Legal Tech, Automation & AI/GenAI Engage with senior client stakeholders & cross-functional teams Lead and scale large teams (150+ FTEs) Skills & Experience: 1520 years in LPO / Legal Operations / Legal Outsourcing Strong experience in practice development + delivery leadership Expertise in contracts, compliance, litigation or legal operations Proven solutioning & presales experience (RFP/RFX) Strong P&L ownership and stakeholder management Exposure to Legal Tech / CLM / AI solutions preferred Preferred Profile: Strong LPO background Managed 150+ team size at scale Hands-on in end-to-end solutioning & multi-client delivery
