This role in summary To manage & drive the technical training for Part of North & Central region for field service team & improve the technical competency & product knowledge for the products like Refrigerators & Washing machine & Air conditioners for service teams. Your responsibilities will include Develop & implement technical training strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct training programmes for service engineers, technicians for the responsible territories. Assess training needs & identify skill gaps within service teams. Deliver product installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance & repair training. Drive technician upskilling & competency development initiatives. Collaborate with Service quality & service teams to incorporate the technical updates into the training programme. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments & certification & performance metrics. Maintain training records, reports & compliance documentations. Minimum requirements Experience in technical training delivery. Strong and practical knowledge of home appliances products - Refrigerators, Washing machine, Air conditioners & Microwave oven. Experience in technical, troubleshooting & diagnostics training. Proficiency in Digital learning, Classroom training & MS Office.
Qualification
- ITI OR Diploma.
