About Dewdropz
DEWDROPZ is a premium outdoor lifestyle startup building high-quality apparel and gear for trekking, hiking,
cycling, running and everyday exploration. Our mission is to create products that combine thoughtful design,
exceptional quality and lasting performance. We're looking for a designer who can build and own our visual identity
as we scale from launch to a full product portfolio.
What You'll Do
Design original graphics for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, backpacks, bottles, mugs and other related
merchandise

Develop and expand seasonal collections around brand themes
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork suited to the intended printing method DTF, DTG, Sublimation or
Screen Printing.

Refine AI-generated concepts and mockups into final, production-ready artwork where needed.
Maintain a consistent design language across typography, colour palettes and illustration style as new
products are added.

Coordinate with vendors/printers on file specs, sampling and print quality checks before bulk production.
Collaborate with the founder on new merchandise ideas, packaging touches and brand storytelling.
What We're Looking For
¢

Strong portfolio in apparel/merchandise graphic design illustration, typography and layout.
Working knowledge of print production methods, including DTF (Direct-to-Film), DTG (Direct-to-
Garment), Sublimation and Screen Printing, and how each affects file prep and design choices.

Comfortable delivering both vector (AI/EPS/SVG) and high-resolution raster (PNG/TIFF, 300 DPI) files
depending on the printing method.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or equivalent design software).
Understanding of file prep for small batch/local printers as well as scalable bulk production.
Genuine passion for outdoor lifestyle products and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Well organised, proactive, and dependable with strong ownership of deliverables and timelines.

This role is designed to grow alongside DEWDROPZ. As the brand scales, we see this position expanding into areas
such as:

Packaging design labels, tags, boxes and unboxing experience across product lines.
Social media & content creative post designs, reels covers, campaign creatives and brand storytelling
visuals.

Marketing collateral lookbooks, catalogs, ads and seasonal campaign assets.
Creative Lead role owning the end-to-end visual identity of DEWDROPZ and eventually guiding other
designers/freelancers as the team grows.
