Role & responsibilities
The Analyst - Investments showcases exceptional proficiency in building accurate and complex financial models, consistently providing meaningful insights to investment strategy discussions while considering risk and return parameters. They excel in identifying and securing reliable channel partners, resulting in a consistently robust pipeline of high-quality land deals. With a meticulous approach, they gather necessary information, thoroughly analyze deals using the investment framework, and proactively address potential issues. They contribute to the accurate preparation of term sheets and effectively manage due diligence budgets. In deal closure, they play a key role in producing comprehensive IC decks and due diligence reports, executing definitive agreements, and collaborating with related teams for seamless fund transfers. Their commitment to digital enablement drives the transformation of the Investment function, utilizing advanced tools and dashboards.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Real Estate and Infrastructure in PE Investments, Asset Management, and fund raising. Involved in corporate strategy initiatives and work with fund partners on various strategic implementations. Expertise in due diligence (technical, financial, and legal), negotiations, and valuations .
Land Experience Requirements: Understanding of land matters and laws incl. ownership, title checks, encumbrances, land use restrictions, and prior experience in building financial models relevant for a land / warehousing / logistics investment fund to support making informed investment decisions, assist in managing risks, and help ensure compliance with relevant regulations
