Role: Sales Manager / Luxury Property Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and driven real estate professional to manage luxury residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves working closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling end-to-end deal processes, and contributing to business growth through strong sales performance and relationship management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in wealth management, luxury property sales, or financing large investments, along with a proven track record of catering to high-net-worth clients.


Position: Manager - Luxury Property Sales

Work Location: Sector-90 Noida, Mohali (Punjab), Mumbai, Lucknow, Delhi & Meerut.

Package: Salary (Negotiable) + PF + Gratuity + GPA + GMC + Reimbursement

Working Days: 6 Days (Tuesday to Sunday)


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage client requirements for buying, selling, and leasing luxury residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property site visits, client meetings, property assessments, and valuations.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle including negotiations, documentation, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with High value client, HNIs/UHNIs, developers, builders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support overall business development initiatives.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and luxury property inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions using CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals..

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling luxury or high-value properties.
  • Strong background in real estate sales, wealth management or financing large investments is a plus.
  • Exceptional or strong communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong market knowledge of luxury real estate segment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Master degree will be a plus for candidate.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems.
