About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and business functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing capabilities, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines. In addition to recruitment, the incumbent will support selected HR operations activities to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (90%)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders.
- Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-joining engagement activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, campus hiring, and talent mapping.
HR Operations (10%)
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records in the HRMS.
- Assist in preparing recruitment MIS and HR reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support HR audits and other operational HR activities as required.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for renewable energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or corporate functions will be preferred.
- Proven experience in handling multiple positions across various levels.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment tools.
