Role & responsibilities
- Drive and achieve assigned sales targets for the allocated territory
- Manage and expand the Distributor / Dealer / Retailer network
- Monitor primary and secondary sales to ensure healthy market execution
- Lead, coach and monitor the performance of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs)
- Ensure effective market coverage, beat planning and visibility execution
- Implement trade schemes, pricing strategies and brand promotion activities
- Coordinate with distributors on indenting, billing, stock movement and collections
- Track competitor activities and share regular market intelligence
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
- 8-12 years of experience in IMFL / Liquor / Alcohol sales
- Strong experience in Distributor handling and channel sales
- Prior team handling experience (ASM / Territory Manager / Sr. TSE level)
- Willingness to work in field sales with extensive market travel
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
