What You'll Do:
Source and recruit Nurses, Physicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other healthcare talent
Screen and evaluate candidates for client requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
What We're Looking For:
Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (preferred)
Strong communication and sourcing skills
Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools
Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Location: Noida (On-site)
