Key Responsibilities
- Assist the R&D team in the development of innovative nutrition and functional food products.
- Support formulation development, nutritional analysis, and ingredient evaluation.
- Conduct literature reviews on nutrition, functional ingredients, and market trends.
- Assist in laboratory trials, sample preparation, sensory evaluation, and product testing.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, trial records, and nutritional data.
- Support product benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement, on ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide day-to-day support to the R&D team on innovation and product development initiatives.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Food Technology, Clinical Nutrition, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of food formulation, nutrition, and functional ingredients.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative R&D environment.
