Job Description
We are hiring Telesales Executives for outbound sales process for Gurgaon Location. The role involves engaging customers over voice calls, promoting insurance-related products/services, handling queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls as per assigned process.
- Promote insurance products (life, term, or health).
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer interactions.
Candidate Profile / Eligibility
- Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduate can Apply.
- 0-2 Years of Experience candidates are welcome to apply.
- Age up to 35 years.
- Good command over English (Verbal & Written).
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 22,000-25,000 CTC (based on experience and interview performance).
