Designation- Operations Specialist
Job Description:
? To validate and store shipping documents.
? To ensure proactive action to avoid an escalation.
? To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments and forecasting. To share productivity/ improvement ideas related to the process.
? To take care of day to day deviation / escalation in the process and record the same.
? To track and trace for visibility of shipments (Air, Sea and Road) and update and follow up missing statuses in system
? To align with different stakeholders (LSP, Carriers,etc...) to obtain necessary information or documents related with shipment planning.
? To adhere to existing K + N Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping (BPM) structure.
Skills Required: Experience on knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Know how of Excel
Education Qualification: MBA in Supply chain or Operations
