Role & responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across multiple systems and sources.
- Perform detailed analysis to identify root causes of data issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain data quality rules to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with data governance teams to ensure compliance with business rules and standards.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement workflow or system changes that prevent recurring issues.
- Support RIS by ensuring clean, accurate data inputs.
- Document findings and communicate insights clearly to business and IT stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and mentor team members on best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree or Associate?s Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis and problem resolution.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and data validation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
