Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Python and industry-standard ML frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Perform model testing, validation, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in AI/ML.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and data science concepts.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL, Git, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and a willingness to learn new technologies.
