Key Responsibilities

Mentorship & Leadership Team Guidance: Act as a technical reference point for junior developers on the team. Code Review: Review code to ensure compliance with standards and optimal performance.
Required Skills
& Qualifications Core Technical Skills Java developers with 8-10 years of experience Loan IQ (Good to have): 35 years of hands-on experience with the Loan IQ data model and APIs. Java (Must have): Proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot, and multi-threading environments. Database (Must have): Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including query optimization. Tools (Must have): Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Professional Attributes Domain Knowledge (Good to have): Solid understanding of commercial lending, syndication, and loan servicing. Communication (Must have): Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem Solving (Must have): Strong debugging skills across multi-tier financial applications.
