- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HRIS data.
- Support policy implementation and other HR projects as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
- MMS/ MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
