Roles and Responsibilities
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality. Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution ratios. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in International BPO/Call Centre environment (preferably US process). Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken). Ability to work on international voice processes including upselling opportunities. Experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
