  • - Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, Procurement, and Business Heads across various industries.
  • - Understand client training requirements and recommend suitable corporate training and consulting solutions.
  • - Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients.
  • - Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
  • - Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercials, and close business opportunities.
  • - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training projects.
  • - Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM, and client interaction records.
  • - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective client acquisition strategies.
  • - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging corporate learning requirements.
  • - Represent the organization professionally during client interactions, events, and business meetings.
  • - Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
