Role & responsibilities
Handle client communication and relationship management.
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Follow up on quotations, approvals, and deliveries.
Manage FMCG client accounts and ensure timely execution of projects.
Resolve customer queries and maintain high client satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in Client Servicing, Sales Coordination, Advertising, Printing, Packaging, POP Display, or FMCG industry preferred.
