Role & Responsibility
- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing high value vendor inspection projects to ensure compliance with client specifications, applicable codes and standards, contractual requirements and project schedules.
- Responsible for handling Customer Complaints, RCA, CAPA, Resolutions.
- Working closely with Client to smooth exection of project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks affecting quality, schedule, and cost
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of inspection activities to avoid the penalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project execution.
- Closely working with all units & ensure to get budgeted revenue
- Attend or visit units for feedback & Project review meeting
- Provide regular updates on inspection status, quality concerns and project progress.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor project budgets, revenue and profitability.
- Ensure to get approval timely traker/annexure approval from respective Units of client & raising invoice on time to all Units
- Undertake any other role/responsibility as assigned by the Management.
- Required to carry out assigned job independently & represent the data to management as an when require
Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge
- 1015 years of experience in Third Party Inspection (Vendor Inspection), Quality Assurance / Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large scale or high value projects.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Petrochemical or EPC projects.
Education
Bachelors degree in mechanical / metallurgical or industrial engineering
Certification or Training
NDT Level II
Internal / Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 standard (optional).
