Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (BFSI / Engineering / Manufacturing)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles based on mandate provided from relevant industries.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare sourcing strategies for critical and volume hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Sales, Operations, Credit, Risk, Collections, Customer Service, Finance, Compliance, and Technology, Engineering & Manufacturing & Supply chain roles.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation discussions, and salary negotiations within approved budgets.
- Manage offer rollout, pre-boarding, background verification coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure all hiring complies with company policies, regulatory requirements, and recruitment SOPs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce planning and future hiring needs.
