Salesforce Omnistudio Technical Lead/Architect (FSC) Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and OmniStudio to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define solution architecture, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and manage the team of Salesforce Industries developers, Bhoomi developer(s), Manage Data Migration team while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and OmniStudio. Technical solutions covering Salesforce configurations, Flows, Salesforce security model, LWC, Apex code, Omniscripts, FlexCard, Business Rules Engine, Integration Procedure, Data Mappers, Decision Table/Matrix and Expression sets.
- Define end-to-end technical architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards. Create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and integration strategies.
- Participate in Discovery/Mini-align sessions and Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives as an active team contributor.
- Estimate the stories as part of sprint planning
- Recommend best practices for solution design, scalability, maintainability, and delivery governance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping define Salesforce strategy, roadmap, operating model, and implementation approach.
- Deliver custom code/low code/no code features on Salesforce Financial Sector Cloud in Banking/Insurance domain (FSC For Sales and Service)
- Design reusable components/assets and ensure optimal performance and optimize Salesforce Industries data model and industry-specific processes.
- Lead and mentor the Salesforce Industries developers, coordinate with Bhoomi developers and Data migration team.
- Assign development tasks and monitor progress against project timelines. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Guide the team on implementing comprehensive error handling and logging to ensure maintainability and fault tolerance using RFLIB.
- Collaborate closely with PwC and AFSC functional teams to fulfill the requirement gaps or groom the functional stories before writing technical design.
- Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage source control, CI/CD pipelines (AutoRABIT), review deployment strategies and release management plans.
- Document solutions architecture context, data models, integration patterns, technical dependencies and design decisions
- Continuously explore new Salesforce features, best practices and technologies to improve system capabilities and team proficiency.
- Mentor the developers and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards and Salesforce architectural patterns during IST time zone.
- Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements.
- Review Salesforce releases and emerging capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and business value for Financial Services clients.
- Establish and promote Salesforce delivery standards, reusable assets, accelerators, and leading practices within the practice.
What You Must Have
- BachelorÆs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT, consulting, or enterprise technology experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Omnistudio experience across implementation, architecture, or consulting roles.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce programs as a Solution Lead, or Salesforce Delivery Lead.
- Demonstrated experience working with Financial Services clients, preferably in banking, insurance, wealth management, asset management, capital markets, or credit unions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Omnistudio and platform capabilities Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce, Service Cloud and integration patterns.
- Experience managing complex Salesforce implementations across multiple environments and stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications
- Salesforce Omnistudio Developer (required or strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certified (required or strongly preferred)
- Java Script Developer (Strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect (Strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Application Architect (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator (required or strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Omnistudio Consultant (preferred)
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (Good to have)
Additional Good to have requirements
- Experience with Salesforce Shield or other security tools.
- Exposure to Canadian projects and preferably Agriculture industry insurance or Banking projects
- Knowledge of adaptors and integration with leading middleware platforms like Boomi.
