Eligibility Norms:- Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate - preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB who are willing to manage field operations as well as branches
- Age - Min - 35 years & Max - 50 years
- Having minimum 3 years of banking experience in Scale 2/Scale 3 Cadre in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Senior Manager in New Generation Bank with expertise in General Banking / Credit / Treasury / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management / Recovery / Legal. (Minimum 15 years of overall Banking experience for RDM and 12 years for Scale IV)
- Willing to work at any place in India
- The salary will be based on the industry standards.
- For Regional Development Managers-They should have adequate experience in handling cluster of Branches under their control.
