Senior Beauty Consultant

As a Beauty Consultant at Forest Essentials, you will be the face of our brand at the store, offering expert product knowledge, personalized customer service, and an immersive luxury skincare experience. Your role will involve guiding customers through our product range, understanding their skincare needs, and providing tailored recommendations that reflect the Ayurvedic essence of our brand.

• Represent the brand at the retail store with confidence and professionalism
• Greet and assist customers, understand their skincare concerns, and recommend suitable products
• Deliver a personalized and memorable in-store experience for each customer
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up to date with new launches
• Follow all store SOPs and assist the Store In-Charge in daily operations
• Uphold impeccable grooming standards in alignment with the brand image
• Contribute to visual merchandising and overall store upkeep
• Build a loyal customer base through follow-ups and great service

• Graduate with any specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service
• Presentable grooming standards in line with luxury retail
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems

• Prior experience in beauty/skincare/cosmetics retail (Skincare or luxury brand experience is a plus)
• Exposure to premium or luxury customer service environments
• Knowledge of skincare routines and ingredients will be an added advantage
