Key Responsibilities
Sales Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational targets. Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue objectives are met. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Ensure daily calling activities are conducted on assigned databases, data leads, and live leads to maximize sales opportunities. Monitor lead follow-ups, conversions, and customer engagement activities.
Requirements: & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial role. Strong team management skills.
