Roles & Responsibilities
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Ensure product quality through regular inspections and measurements.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and basic machine maintenance.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve shop-floor issues.
- Maintain production records and machine performance reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Sheet metal machining, production processes, and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn new manufacturing processes.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
