As the Project Manager - Construction, you will be: Working on end-to-end project site responsibilities covering cost, quality, schedule, EHS Managing the main contractor and sub-contractors Involved in design and execution coordination with the architect and all consultants Reviewing progress on a regular basis with all stake holders Managing vendors, ensuring quality and timelines. Ensuring project closure on time.
Requirements
B. Tech in Civil Engineering. (PG Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage). 18-20 years experience in building construction and project management Proven experience in executing integrated construction works of 1 million sft + project size Project site experience in residential buildings, commercial complex. Any site experience in building educational institutes will be an added advantage.
Experience: MEP / IT / Finishes / Interior/ Landscape in large projects
Knowledge of construction statutory compliance, safety, cost (including QS & billing with back up measures)
Experience: with Lump sum / Fixed price GC (general Contracting) model
Experience: in reading Auto-cad 3D / Revit based 2D/3D drawings
Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Work experience in the top 5 construction companies in India will be helpful. Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites at Central, East & North-East India
