Packaging Operator

Meck Pharmaceuticals Chemicals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Operator to oversee packing operations in our pharmaceutical production facility at Sanand. This is a full-time position on rotational shifts, suitable for fresh graduates looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Coordinate day-to-day packing activities on the production floor.
• Ensure products are packed according to SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the packing area.
• Monitor and manage packing material usage, minimizing wastage.
• Prepare and maintain accurate packing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth workflow.
• Lead, guide, and support packing workers during the shift.
• Report any operational or quality-related issues to the Production/QA team.
• Work effectively across rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) as per schedule.

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical packing operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines is an added advantage (training will be provided).
