Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, Manage and Deliver high quality deliverables, such as:
- 2D drawings ( CAD)
- 3D Modelling (BIM)
- 3D visualisations using tools such as Sketchup, D5, Vray, Photoshop and AI tools
- Lighting calculations ( Dialux Evo)
- Presentations (Power point/ Illustrator)
2. Actively participate in all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to final execution.
3. Coordinate design requirements with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
4. Collaborate closely with vendors for:
- Mock-ups and prototypes
- Budget estimation
- Preparation and verification of Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
5. Ensure design teams adhere to established quality standards and timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile & Experience:
- Openings for Freshers, Junior ( 2-4 yrs exp) and Senior ( 5-8 yrs exp) roles
- Excellent English communication, coordination and presentation skills
- Strong practical skills in 2D CAD, 3D renderings (Sketchup, D5, VRay), Lighting Softwares (Dialux Evo) Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Revit (BIM), MS Office ( Powerpoint, Excel)
- Prior experience in reputable Architecture, Interior Design, MEP, or specialized Lighting Design firms is preferred.
- Basic understanding or practical experience in architectural lighting design will be a significant advantage.
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelors in :
Civil or Electrical Engineering
Interior design or Architecture
