Qualifications:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a construction or engineering role, such as an internship or placement, is advantageous. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Work Environment: Must be able to work on construction sites in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the site for extended periods. May require lifting and carrying of materials and equipment. Salary: Based on interview performance.
