- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations applicable to factory operations. (Registers maintain, Safety coordination)
- Maintain records related to statutory compliances such as CLRA, Factory Act, and other labour-related requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors for submission and renewal of statutory documents and compliance records.
- Track contractor agreements and other statutory registrations, renewals and monthly filings
- Support audits related to statutory, labour, ISO, and customer compliance.
- Assist in employee onboarding documentation. Verify employee documentation, including KYC documents, Education Documents, Experience Documents, Etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, registers, and compliance documentation.
- Support HR operations activities including attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure all HR documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Track employee exit, absconding, FnF.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Labour Laws and Factory Compliance.
- Understanding of Contractor Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA).
- Familiarity with PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare, and related statutory requirements.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication (Drafting and employee coordination) and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Human Resources, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance, or Factory HR.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Exposure to factory HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work from the factory location in Vasai East.
