Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Doctors, Medical Professors, Consultants, Senior/Junior Residents, and other healthcare professionals for Medical Colleges and Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals. Meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in Domestic Healthcare Recruitment.
Experience: hiring Doctors, Medical Faculty, or Healthcare Professionals is preferred.
Good communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period.
