Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyse business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create automated reports using Power Bi.
- Gather business requirements and provide analytical solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support workflow automation using Power Automate.
Mandatory Skills
- Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and Lookup Functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- SQL
- Microsoft Power Automate
- PL-300 Certification
Eligibility
- Freshers with relevant projects or internships, or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in Healthcare, Retail, or B2C industries will be an advantage.
- B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., MCA, MBA, or any bachelors degree with strong analytical aptitude.
- English communication is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil is an advantage.
Portfolio Preference
Candidates with Power BI dashboards, Excel projects, analytics case studies, GitHub repositories, portfolio websites, or LinkedIn project showcases will be preferred.
