Role & responsibilities
Install and test products by following technical documents
- Set up and maintain lab environments using tools like VMware or Hyper-V
- Provide support to customers via email, phone, remote access, or on-site visits
- Study customer systems and business needs, and suggest suitable solutions
- Work with teams at different levels in the customer organization
- Define system requirements (software, hardware, network)
- Help customers with system changes and improvements
- Prepare basic documents like project plans, installation guides, and checklists
- Share regular project updates with customers & all stakeholders, including colleagues
- Work with senior engineers to deploy and maintain security controls and policies.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and implementation guides.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience as a developer is an advantage.
- Technical skills: C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, REST
- Good to know (optional): Visual Basic/Progress Database, Progress application server, MQTT knowledge
- Passion for developing and technology, eager to learn and improve
- Assist in implementing security solutions such as IAM, PAM, MFA, and endpoint protection tools.
- Support installation, configuration, and testing of security products in client environments.
- Monitor systems, identify basic security issues, and help in troubleshooting.

- Proficient in English (written as well as verbal)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willing to travel if required (mandatory)
