We are seeking a highly accomplished Construction Head to lead the execution of premium residential construction projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of successfully delivering at least three Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) residential projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale residential projects.
Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and overall site operations.
Oversee contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to achieve timely completion.
Drive resource planning, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.
Coordinate with design, procurement, MEP, and management teams for seamless project execution.
Provide technical leadership and mentor project and site teams.
Desired Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 20 years of experience in residential/high-rise construction.
Mandatory experience in successfully handling at least three Mivan construction projects.
Strong knowledge of RCC construction, Mivan formwork systems, finishing works, project planning, quality control, and safety practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and manage large-scale construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
