As a Beauty Consultant at Forest Essentials, you will be the face of our brand at the store, offering expert product knowledge, personalized customer service, and an immersive luxury skincare experience. • Represent the brand at the retail store with confidence and professionalism
• Greet and assist customers, understand their skincare concerns, and recommend suitable products
• Deliver a personalized and memorable in-store experience for each customer
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up to date with new launches
• Follow all store SOPs and assist the Store In-Charge in daily operations
• Uphold impeccable grooming standards in alignment with the brand image
• Contribute to visual merchandising and overall store upkeep
• Build a loyal customer base through follow-ups and great service

• Graduate with any specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service
• Presentable grooming standards in line with luxury retail
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems

• Prior experience in beauty/skincare/cosmetics retail (Skincare or luxury brand experience is a plus)
• Exposure to premium or luxury customer service environments
• Knowledge of skincare routines and ingredients will be an added advantage
