ECommerce Chat Process
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in chat support (mandatory)
- Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (pursuing candidates not eligible)
- Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
- Shift: Day shift
- Language Requirement: English (mandatory)
ECommerce Voice & Mail Process
- Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
- Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
- Shift: Day shift
- Language Requirement: Strong fluency in English and Hindi
Healthcare Voice Process
- Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
- Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Language Requirement: Strong fluency in English and at least one of the following regional languages: Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Hindi
Age Criteria: Applicants must be between 18 and 32 years of age.
