Working days - 5 Shifts - Rotational Off - 2 Rotational Noida : Work from office Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy. Provide product/service information and support. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

and Qualifications Good verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
