Technical Support Associate | International Voice | 1 year+
Role & responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support to international customers through phone calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to network configuration, router configuration, LAN networking, WAN connectivity, and VoIP services.
- Manage customer retention by ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
Preferred candidate profile:-
- 1 year+ experience in International BPO organisations.
- Good knowledge of technical troubleshooting / networking.
- Strong customer handling and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts / rotational week-offs.
