Technical Support Associate | International Voice | 1 year+ Role & responsibilities:- Provide technical support to international customers through phone calls. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to network configuration, router configuration, LAN networking, WAN connectivity, and VoIP services. Manage customer retention by ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 year+ experience in International BPO organisations. Good knowledge of technical troubleshooting / networking. Strong customer handling and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts / rotational week-offs.
