Job Description - Back Office Executive (BPO)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days a week

Process: UK Telecom - Chat & Email (Back Office Customer Support)

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer query handling - Manage customer queries via chat and email for UK telecom clients.
  • Data management - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Process adherence - Ensure compliance with company policies and UK telecom process guidelines.
  • Communication skills - Deliver clear, professional responses in written communication.
  • Problem resolution - Identify issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team collaboration - Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet process targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing speed).
  • Prior BPO/back-office experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with UK timings.
