Mandatory Skills

- Experience using JIRA or similar issue tracking tools
- ISTQB Advanced Level Certification
Essential Skills
- Experience working with Embedded Systems or Technical Products
- Exposure to international/global project teams
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework
- Working knowledge of Selenium for automation testing
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technologies, especially Heat Pumps
Good-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycle processes
Continuous integration and test automation exposure is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test specifications, and test cases
- Execute manual and automated testing for embedded software systems
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to resolve issues
- Conduct requirement analysis and refinement from user-level to product-specific requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve test efficiency and automation
- Ensure product quality through all phases of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and STLC (Software Testing Lifecycle)
