We Tata Technologies looking for Supplier Quality Engineer. Exp : 3 to 15 Years Work Location : Pune interview location : Gurugram Mode of interview : Face to Face Role: Ensure supplier parts and manufacturing processes meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements throughout product development and mass production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier quality for new product development and production. Conduct supplier audits (e.g., IATF 16949, process audits). Review and approve PPAP submissions. Perform root cause analysis using: 8D 5 Why Fishbone (Ishikawa) Lead supplier corrective actions and verify effectiveness. Monitor supplier quality KPIs (PPM, rejection rates, warranty issues). Support APQP activities. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. Coordinate with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers. Handle incoming quality issues and supplier development.
Skills Required
Knowledge of IATF 16949 APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation Problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why) Supplier audit experience Good communication and stakeholder management Thanks & Regards, Ketakee Valsangkar
