Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors integrations and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleStrong, third-party HR applications). Configure and customize SAP CPI to support secure, scalable, and efficient data flows. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions. Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and integration standards. Support UAT, documentation, and post-go-live activities for integration projects. Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior consultants where required.
Required Skills
& Qualifications: 5-8 years of total IT experience with at least 3 years in SuccessFactors CPI/Integration. Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs (OData, SOAP), and middleware tools. Hands-on experience in configuring and monitoring CPI iFlows. Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PMGM, Onboarding, and Time Management. Experience with SAP HCM/ECC/S4 integrations is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Note: Candidates who are currently working with TCS not eligible to apply
