Role & responsibilities
- Drive target setting, measurement and monitoring of SDG related KPIs.
- Ensure sustainability disclosures are aligned to latest standards
- Impactful representation of sustainability initiatives and driving action plans to help achieve ESG targets.
- Work closely with business to define and implement recommendations related to sustainability/ESG program policies and procedures.
- Drive Digitalization initiatives, implementing systems and processes for increasing efficiency and reach within Tata Power.
- Conduct research and work with industry experts, companies, start-ups and other ecosystem partners to gather market intelligence and insights.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of sustainability standards, including global frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies for real-world impact.
- Has hands-on exposure to sustainability-related tools and technologies, enabling efficient project planning, monitoring, and reporting to drive measurable environmental and social outcomes.
- Demonstrates proven project management expertise, overseeing end-to-end execution from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Highly skilled in research and analytical methodologies, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Exhibits strong financial acumen, adept at budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis to evaluate the feasibility, sustainability, and return on investment of projects.
