Role & responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and develop new enterprise and industrial customers.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across assigned territories and sectors.
- Drive revenue growth through acquisition of strategic accounts.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging energy solutions.
Solution Selling
- Understand customer business challenges and energy requirements.
- Develop customized commercial and technical solutions.
- Lead consultative sales discussions with CXOs, plant heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Prepare business cases, techno-commercial proposals, and value propositions.
Key Account Management
- Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Drive contract renewals and long-term partnerships.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and product teams during solution design and execution.
- Coordinate bid management and commercial negotiations.
- Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competition, customer requirements, and regulatory developments.
- Generate insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy.

Freshers
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, competitions, or campus initiatives.
- Passion for technology-led consultative sales.
Experienced Professionals
- Experience in B2B solution sales, enterprise sales, consultative selling, or business development.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial products, utilities, EPC, renewable energy, SaaS, or technology solutions preferred
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
