Role & responsibilities:


Business Development

  • Identify and develop new enterprise and industrial customers.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across assigned territories and sectors.
  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition of strategic accounts.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging energy solutions.

Solution Selling

  • Understand customer business challenges and energy requirements.
  • Develop customized commercial and technical solutions.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions with CXOs, plant heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Prepare business cases, techno-commercial proposals, and value propositions.

Key Account Management

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Drive contract renewals and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and product teams during solution design and execution.
  • Coordinate bid management and commercial negotiations.
  • Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competition, customer requirements, and regulatory developments.
  • Generate insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy.

Preferred candidate profile :

Freshers

  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, competitions, or campus initiatives.
  • Passion for technology-led consultative sales.

Experienced Professionals

  • Experience in B2B solution sales, enterprise sales, consultative selling, or business development.
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial products, utilities, EPC, renewable energy, SaaS, or technology solutions preferred
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
