Key Responsibilities
? Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices, and shipping instructions
? Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation as per company and regulatory standards
? Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for shipment processing
? Track shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders
? Handle email communication related to shipment queries, documentation, and issue resolution
? Maintain and update shipment data in internal systems/ERP
? Support invoice generation and basic payment follow-ups (if required)
? Ensure compliance with international shipping and trade regulations
? Identify and escalate discrepancies or delays in the process
Key Skills & Requirements
? Good communication skills (written and verbal)
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Basic understanding of logistics/shipping processes (preferred)
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
? Proficiency in MS Excel and data management
? Problem-solving and coordination skills
