Solution Architect - Salesforce Must Have Skills: Proven experience of Solution Architecture for Salesforce Transformation Engagements
Experience: in engaging with business and IT stakeholders for designing Salesforce solutions
Good understanding of digital transformations taking place in the Industry involving Salesforce applications Strong spoken and written communication/articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constraints (timelines and others) Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders A proven team player Proven CXO engagement skills Must Have Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience with multiple customers, having proven client facing tenures
Experience: in 5 end to end Salesforce Transformations, of which at least 3 as Solution Architect
Bachelor / Master''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Lead Solution architecture for end-to-end Transformation programs Establish/strengthen Salesforce Architecture best practices within the ESU Support talent grooming for functional consultants in the unit/organization Engage with senior management and influence their decisions with PoVs & Thought Leadership Leverage his/her broad business and technology expertise to address key topics related to architecture, design, business model and integration around Salesforce Contribute in Knowledge Management around engagements and best practices Plan and manage events for customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer.
