Role & responsibilities
- AWS Services: Strong practical experience with a broad range of AWS services, including Compute (EC2), Storage (S3, EBS), Networking (VPC, Route 53, Load Balancers), and Security (IAM, Security Groups).
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, Linux/Windows administration, and performance tuning within the AWS ecosystem.
- Scripting: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and task management.
- Monitoring : Expertise in using AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail for monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
- Linux/Windows: Strong system administration skills for both Linux and Windows operating systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Familiarity with ITIL-based processes for incident and change management.
- Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
