Broad outline of the Role Responsible for driving day to day system and service engineering and operations. This is an operational role within Fibre/Mobile services to Plan, Design and As built the Fibre assets in GIS tools that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes
Minimum qualification & experience Technical/ Engineering degree with 0-2 years of experience B.Eng.or B.Tech. in Electronics/ Computer science/ Telecommunications related disciplines.
Other knowledge/skills Experience in Fibre/Mobile Network planning&Design Expertise on various telecommunication /Wireless Technologies Good Knowledge in various products offered by service provider Good Knowledge in Various Msoffice Applications
Technical Competencies - 1. Candiate should Know about Telecom network Architecture and its components, should have detailed knowledge on Optical Fiber/Mobile Network and Geographical information system and its tools such as Auto CAD, Small world, Arc GIS,PEGA/SAP etc. Should have detailed knowledge about Fiber/Mobile network planning, Designing and As-builts, Quantity Surveying and Supplier management. Candidates have PMO skills considered as Additional value.
- 2. Candidate should have good Communication skills to have different level of conversations with the on-shore / Off-shore stake holders.
- 3. Should have Knowledge about Radio base station and its components. Should co-ordinate with the Field engineer to ensure the actions are aligned with 100% SLA & Quality
- Support Fiber/Mobile Planning and Design
- To update GIS systems with the As-built documents received
- To update PEGA/SAP Tools with PO and Invoice Details
- To co-ordinate with On-shore stake holder Suppliers to complete the Assigned works on time
- To maintain SLA and FTR 100%
- To maintain Self data and customer data secured and without error.To be active in Customer and internal meetings
